Working on smart ways to handle traffic in urban areas
The increase of individual motorized vehicles has been a challenge on many levels for most urban spaces in the world but historically grown spaces with narrow streets in particular. Cartagena, together with two other Murcian towns are working on a solution based on HVD to manage their public spaces in a smarter, more anticipatory way. This includes smart traffic management.
