Get acquainted with the BeOpen High Value Datasets Framework
The video is an animated presentation of the BeOpen Framework for Open Data Management in the public sector. It shows how tools can be accessed to improve data interoperability, semantics and quality of the public sector datasets. The video describes how users can add data files to a data space and then browse within a personal data space using the query engine.
The second part of the video features the benefits of the High Value Datasets (HVD), how data quality can be improved using the BeOpen Framework tools and accessing the operating guidelines.
